Crowdpartners assesses the application partly on the basis of the valuation report of the object in question. The valuation report includes the following points: type of object, the state of maintenance, the location and the value (in leased condition) is determined.

We find it important that the appraiser is independent and not involved in the purchase/sale or financing of the object.

The appraiser works in accordance with the professional rules and rules of conduct, partly based on the standards of the Platform Valuers and Accountants and is registered in the Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers.

The valuation report may not be older than three months at the time of submitting the application.
