Exemption to act as an intermediary in repayable funds

Crowdpartners BV has been granted an AFM exception for acting as an intermediary in repayable funds and is registered under 1900001.
Under this regime, Crowdpartners is authorised to act as an intermediary for loan agreements of companies. Borrowers seeking SME loans can, therefore, never be private individuals.

Permit to act as a financial service provider

Crowdpartners is a licensed AFM service provider to act as an intermediary for mortgage credit and is registered under number 12043506.

Stichting Crowdpartners Leningmanager is a licensed AFM service provider to offer mortgage credit and is registered under number 12043318.

Crowdpartners can use its platform to serve both private and corporate borrowers for mortgage credit.

Since the AFM wishes to closely monitor developments in the crowdfunding sector, Crowdpartners reports to the AFM twice a year about, e.g., the size of the loans it has brokered.

The AFM continuously monitors (the behaviour of) financial service providers such as Crowdpartners.
