This generally concerns rented or leased objects or real estate for the own use of an SME. You can build your own portfolio of loans and thus spread your risk and achieve an attractive return on your capital.

In order to invest, you must open an account. Opening an account with Crowdpartners is easy and can be done online in just three steps. Click the ‘open account’ button. You will then receive a welcome e-mail and you can immediately use your account to invest. After checking your documents, the invoice will be final.

In our secure Internet environment, you make your own selection from the range of all projects. In “My Crowdpartners”, you have a clear overview of your investments, the documentation of the loans and your account movements so you know where you stand at all times.

The money you want to invest in a project will be placed in the trust account of “Stichting Crowdpartners Trust”; in this way, it is ensured that the money flows from the investors to the projects and subsequently the payments of interest and repayments by the borrowers to the investors are separated from those of Crowdpartners B.V.

Crowdpartners and our regulator, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), believe it is important that investors make a well-considered choice for an investment in a crowdfunding project. That is why we ask consumers to go through a short test when they first make an investment. The result gives non-binding advice.
