Complaints procedure

Crowdpartners will do its utmost to resolve your complaint satisfactorily. You can file your complaint with the management of Crowdpartners.

 

Description of your complaint

Clearly describe in a letter or e-mail what your complaint is and why you are not satisfied with the solution. Always include your personal details and your account number. Please send your letter to:

Response within 6 weeks

The management of Crowdpartners aims to respond in writing as soon as possible. You will receive a response within six (6) weeks.

 

Not satisfied with the response of the management

If you do not agree with the response from the management of Crowdpartners, you, the consumer, may escalate the matter to the Financial Services Complaints Board [Kifid] or the Credit Registration Office [BKR], depending on the nature of the complaint.

 

Kifid

You can contact Kifid if you have a complaint about a financial product or a financial service. In certain cases, you can, therefore, involve the Financial Services Complaints Board [Kifid]. Your complaint must be submitted within three (3) months of receiving a rejection letter. Crowdpartners is affiliated with Kifid.

 

Complaint about BKR registration

If your complaint concerns a registration with the Credit Registration Office [BKR] and you are not satisfied with the response of the management of Crowdpartners, you can submit your case to the BKR Disputes Committee. However, this is only possible after completing the complaints procedure at Crowdpartners.

 

BKR Disputes Committee

After completing the complaints procedure at Crowdpartners, you can submit your complaint to the BKR Disputes Committee within two (2) months. After this period, the committee will no longer accept your complaint. You are advised to contact the BKR in advance, to enquire about the procedure for filing your complaint. Decision is binding

The decision of the BKR Disputes Committee is binding for both you and Crowdpartners. The Disputes Committee charges a fee for the handling of a dispute. For more information, please contact the BKR Disputes Committee.
